My contributions amounted to more than 20 published articles, 4 newspaper covers, and 6 multimedia news packages. The faculty and student editors recognized me for my feature writing, information graphics, and career potential.

Most recently, I worked under Professional in Residence Steve Myers to publish a months-long journalistic investigation of high infant mortality rates in north Texas.
